CommonSpark is operated by IT Finesse. These terms explain the rules for using our app and website to discover friendships and relationships through shared interests. Contact [email protected] for support.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, use the service personally, and follow the community safety rules.

Respect and safety

Harassment, threats, hate, scams, impersonation, sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, and attempts to identify or track another member are prohibited. We may restrict or close accounts to protect members.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the service a limited permission to store, process, moderate, and display it only as needed to operate the features you choose.

Features and availability

CommonSpark includes interest-based discovery, messaging and optional meetup planning. Features may change, and availability can be interrupted for maintenance or safety. We do not guarantee a particular friendship, relationship or number of nearby members. Meeting another person is your choice; follow our safety guidance and choose public places. Calls and paid subscriptions are not currently offered.

Your account and choices

Keep your sign-in details secure and report unauthorised use. You can edit your profile, turn discovery off, block or report another member, or close your account in Settings. Read our privacy notice and account deletion instructions for data controls. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are separate choices, not requirements for membership. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
