Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject “CommonSpark account deletion”. We may need to verify that you own the account. Never send your password.
What happens to your data
Your profile and selected interests are removed, discovery stops, active conversations close, and your sessions are revoked. Your stored password is deleted and your email and birth date are replaced with anonymous account-closure values. Uploaded media is made unavailable and queued for file deletion.
Conversation records, reports, consent history and security audit records can remain after account closure. These are restricted records used to investigate abuse, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Copies that another person has already saved are outside our control. Contact us to request erasure of remaining information; we will explain any specific legal or safety reason that prevents its deletion.
Remove some information instead
You can edit your profile, remove interests and delete profile photos without closing your account. You can also send a request about particular information to [email protected].
