Safety and respect
Adults only
CommonSpark is for people aged 18 and over. This applies to every account, including members using friendship, shared interests or chat. Do not create an account for a child, misrepresent your age, or help anyone under 18 access the service.
Child safety: zero tolerance for abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are strictly prohibited on CommonSpark. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sexual extortion, trafficking, sexualisation of children, and creating, requesting, storing or sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18, including computer-generated content.
Report suspected child exploitation, prohibited content or an underage account using the in-app Report control. You can also contact our child safety contact at [email protected]. Provide the account name and a description of the concern; do not download, copy or email suspected CSAM.
We review reports, remove confirmed prohibited content and restrict or close accounts involved in abuse. When we become aware of CSAM, we take action to remove access and comply with applicable child safety laws, including reporting to the appropriate authorities where required. Necessary evidence is handled with restricted access.
People are not content
Treat every profile as a person with boundaries. A match, message, or meeting is never consent to anything else.
Protect private information
Do not publish another person's location, workplace, contact details, images, conversations, or identity without clear permission.
Report concerns
Block for immediate separation and report when moderation should review an account or content. Imminent danger should be reported to emergency services; an app cannot replace them.
